Use Reusable Bags

Plastic bags do not always end up in landfills and if they aren't properly disposed of. In nature, they can be mistaken for food by many wild animals and harm wildlife. When I go shopping, I will be sure to bring my own bags to reduce waste and the chance that plastic bags could find their way into wildlife habitats.

    I bought some food and snacks that used sustainable packaging instead of plastic products. I believe that widespread changes in food packaging could 100% benefit the planet and reduce plastic waste by a ton.

    It made me feel good. I replaced the two lights in my room and not only will it save me money but my room is now so much brighter. Even though their LEDs, I can use them only when necessary.

    Sustainable innovation will have the biggest impact in energy, transportation, agriculture, construction, and consumer goods by reducing pollution, saving resources, and cutting waste. Clean energy, electric vehicles, smart farming, green buildings, and eco-friendly products can drive meaningful change. In the future, these innovations will help build a healthier planet, create new jobs, and improve quality of life.

    I haven't collected any yet but it's supposed to rain this weekend. You can reuse the rainwater so that it's saving water

    It made me realize just how much water I actually use. I also can take shorter showers to conserve water in my household.

    I didn't realize how much water I actually use. Especially how much water I use each time I use the dishwasher. Now I'm going to do more hand washing than dishwashing.

    I used my volleyball experience to ref a CIF game when a ref fell sick. It wasn't for my school but I still did it. It helped me feel connected to that schools community.

    It was cool to see how many people came together in my community. It showed that my community had people who cared.

    I definitely liked having something sweet after my meals now I feel like I can go a day without a sweet treat. To overcome how hard it was, I ate a lot of fruit because it's sweet but not processed sugars.

    The 3-3-3 method in order to redirect your focus, naming three things you see, three things you hear, and moving three parts of your body.
