    so far so good......I have tried successfully to increase my awareness of local sourcing and have gone out of my way to exercise more due to this challenge. Always good to have accountability

    I have been mulching around garden vegetables and trees in my yard. I notice that there is definitely less overall water needed in the mulched areas and the plants seem to be doing better overall

    I have been sourcing local eggs for a long time now. The small farm/free range eggs are better tasting and have a real impact on my local environment. from reduced transportation cost and facility processing to supporting local farmers

    I enjoy both starting and ending my day with exercise be it walking the dog, playing golf or pickleball or simply going to the gym to lift weights and stretch. These activities help me relieve stress in my life
