Christina Sink 4/22/2026 10:39 AMI do a series of stretches every day to help me relax be fore going to bed. I walk anywhere possible. It's great for my knees, hips and back. I use 5 or 10lb weights 3-4 x's a week to keep up my strength. Not including throwing logs off of trailers. We've had a few trees say goodbye are hauling them to our spot at the lake. -

Christina Sink 4/22/2026 10:35 AMI eat apples, pineapples, kiwi, blueberries, strawberries, cucumbers and radishes every week. I feel less "heavy" when I only eat fruits and vegetables. -
