    Here in the city, I consider the park my slice of nature. Visiting the park brings me a sense of calm, and seeing the flowers in the morning is truly therapeutic.

    Reducing sugar has never been a challenge for me since I'm not particularly fond of it.

    Decluttering is in my Wishlist for quite some time. I feel relaxed cause it was such a long-drawn task at my end. Thanks to the action, i have some space on my shelf.

    Hi, I am watching my meals (light dish and controlled portions) and its timings (no food at least 3 hrs. before sleeping) and have tried limiting mobile screen time.
