    When i went for outdoor i can saw the beauty of nature. And Nature can generate many positive emotions, such as calmness, joy, and creativity and can facilitate concentration.
    reducing cortisol levels, muscle tension, and demands on our cardiovascular systems (lowers heart rate and blood pressure).

    Well as we all know exercise is good for health (mentally and physically). i enjoying running and outdoor walk. Because i spent a little time with my friends and neighbors.

    My sleep timing is a little low, it is 6-7 hours, but I will try to increase at list 30 mins. for that i will try to sleep early and avoid use of mobile phone.

    In my daily/weekly lifestyle I found that the most carbon I emit is from car usage I will try to reduce as much as possible.
