    A few years ago I joined ShimmyMob - global 1 day belly dance flash mob with a new dance each year to benefit a local domestic violence shelter. We add new folks every year. Last night I hosted practice. Between pizza and a few bottles of wine, we had the very best time. What a way to shake off the stress of the week with friends new and old.

    Soccer season = lots of outside time watching sunsets and enjoying the outdoors. Would enjoy it a bit more without all the other sports parents, but maybe that's the resilience piece :)

    Daughter's school participated in the Race for the Trails run this morning, raising money for local parks. Son wandered around looking for Pokemon, and I got to enjoy a cup of coffee with mom friends. Great for nature and mental health!
