    I didn't consider myself "addicted" to sugar, but I definitely had a significant sweet tooth. I enjoyed sugary treats and drinks regularly, and it felt like a normal part of my diet. Now, after reducing refined sugar, I feel more alert, have better energy levels, and my skin seems clearer
