The simple fact that you don't know yourself is the reason why you accept the bare minimum from people."

We do things to fit in with our social circle. Our actions are influenced by other people controlling our lives.Being comfortable with yourself, buying things you really want to buy, not because you want to impress your crush or your neighbour.

As a book reader, I like to share it with others, when I like something.

So here's what I liked when I read this book 'The Art Of Being Alone'

Self love does not mean going out by yourself, sipping a coffee alone, rather it is about accepting yourself as you are!

What do you think about this, also book is really interesting. If someone wants to start journey of reading. It really challenges you to think about your own society build up perspective.

    It really helped me. 🫶

I scheduled my check-up because I believe that taking care of my health is one of the best ways to invest in myself. Preventive care helps catch potential issues early and gives me peace of mind. It’s a small action, but it reminds me that self-care isn’t just about the present

This morning, I finally decided to step out for a walk in the park, and let me tell you—it was absolutely worth it. The moment I stepped outside, the crisp, cool air hit my face, instantly waking me up better than any strong cup of coffee. The world was still stretching awake, with only the chirping birds and the rustling leaves breaking the peaceful silence.
With each step,my muscles warming up as I moved. The early morning sun bathed everything in a golden glow. I took a deep breath, filling my lungs with fresh air, and felt an instant wave of calm wash over me.
The park had this incredible energy. Every person there, from joggers giving me a friendly nod to an elderly couple walking hand in hand, seemed to share a silent understanding—we were all here to soak in this magical start to the day. Even the group of fitness enthusiasts stretching under a giant tree gave off this contagious motivation.
As I walked, my mind felt so free. The usual stress and to-do lists faded away, replaced by the simple joy of just being present. I wasn’t rushing, I wasn’t distracted—I was just enjoying the moment, step by step.
By the time I wrapped up my 30-minute walk, I felt AMAZING. Lighter, happier, and ready to take on the day. Who knew something so simple could have such a powerful impact?
This morning walk wasn’t just about movement—it was a total reset for my mind and soul. And you know what? I’m making this a daily thing. Because starting the day like this? Absolutely unbeatable!
