    My sleep schedule tends to vary, but on average I get roughly 6 hours of sleep per night. Last night I turned off my alarm for this morning because I knew I didn't actually have to be awake, so I ended up getting almost a full 8 hours!

    I saw a post that talked about how these challenges keep them hyperaware of the decisions they are making, and I really related to that and I was happy that someone else also felt that way!
