    At first, my mind was all over the place. But sitting on this bench under the tree, with the lake in front of me, everything slowly started to settle.

    It reminded me how rare it is to pause and just be present. Even a few minutes like this helped me feel more grounded and clear.

    Something I’d like to make part of my everyday routine.

    A day late, but still feeling the impact of Earth Day 🌎
    Yesterday I came across a simple sign in front of a garden full of daffodils that read, “Daffodils bring hope.” It stopped me for a moment. In the middle of everything going on, it was a small but powerful reminder of renewal, growth, and the beauty around us when we take the time to notice it.
    Grateful for moments like that and for the chance to appreciate this planet we all share. Here’s to carrying that hope forward!
