Our team visited the infamous Intramuros, known to be the one of the historic sites left in Manila. Even the guards are in traditional Spaniard costume despite the hot weather, and I admire them. Intramuros is now a tourist spot, but it served as a place of war during the early 90's. They are important to protect, support and understand because they are the witness to our rich history and culture.
