    My learning about Forest Friendly Food is that food produced in a way that helps protect forests, preserve biodiversity and at the same time supports local community.
    Consume more plant based food and reduce meat base food. Will support and consume local food as it reduces packaging and transportation as well.

    I realized that idling vehicle releases harmful chemicals, gases and particle pollution ("soot") into the air, contributing to ozone, regional haze, and global climate change. Every gallon of gas burned produces more than 20 pounds of greenhouse gases. Being mindful help me reduce fuel consumption and also reduce the air pollution.

    Forest offer quiet a few benefits as follows, clean air to breathe, water and food and most importantly climate protection.
    We should mainly look for FSC certified wood and paper products, as FSC certified products come from responsibly managed forest that provide environmental, social and economic benefit.

    Carbon emission happens most due to energy consumption and transportation.
    Saving energy wherever and whenever possible at home.
    Reduce use of car by Walking whenever possible and takin public transport whenever possible.

    During the energy audit, I discovered significant energy leaks around windows and doors, which were not immediately apparent to me. To address these issues, I will install thick Insulation tapes at the bottom of the doors that cause main leakage of outdoor heat. These changes will reduce our household energy consumption, lower energy bills, and contribute to a smaller carbon footprint, benefiting both our environment and our household finances.

    The most surprising part of my water footprint was the amount of water consumed through our food choices and consumption habits. This realization shifted my perspective on water use from a focus on household habits to a broader understanding of the environmental impact of our lifestyles. To reduce my water consumption, I can make changes in my daily routine by being more mindful of water usage, adopting eco-friendly practices, and making sustainable food choices.

    Shorten showers: Use a timer to keep showers under 5 minutes.
    Turn off the tap: Don't let water run unnecessarily while brushing teeth or washing dishes.
    Fix leaks: Repair any leaky faucets or pipes to prevent water waste.
    Use full loads: Only run washing machines and dishwashers when they are fully loaded.
