Exercising each day will help you not only feel stronger, but you will also look stronger. I want to achieve the athlete by also going to the gym, looking, and working out every day will help me. It affects my mental well-being because sometimes I'll go into the gym, mad or sad, and I feel amazing afterwards. I forget about all of my problems during that time, and then after I have a better look at things. Working out in the morning is also very good because you start your day feeling great and ready to be even more productive throughout the rest of the day. I enjoy weight lifting, dancing, and my other sports, specifically weight lifting at the gym and dancing. I enjoy it the most because those two are the ones I do the most, and also would like to professional in the future.

Consider how many hours of sleep you get now. How would you like to shift your sleep patterns? What changes did you make to improve your sleep, and how did they affect your day?

I get about 6 hours of sleep, I would like to change my sleep patterns by not being on my phone before I go to sleep because that makes me feel more awake and keeps me up, so I'll be putting my phone down an 1 and a half before I go to bed. I also would put lavender by my bed to help make the area more calm and relaxing, so it can help me fall asleep faster. I love white nosies and it makes me very sleepy for some reason so i'll put rain sounds to also help me sleep better and faster. The next day I felt ready for the day and had way more energy than I usually do and I was ready to do my school work and get the day going, I felt unstoppable.

The Fruits I had this week were strawberries and raspberries. Some vegetables I also had was cabbage, and carrots. Eating more fruits and vegetables are very beneifical for humans, fruits are a natural sugar and not the added suger in junk food that is bad for the body, you can see some physical changes like in the skin, if your working out fruit is a better option for being on a diet. Vegetables are also great because it helps your diegestive system, makes you stronger and feel healthly. Eating more vegetables and fruit is better for our planet by it requiring fewing resources, reduced greenhouse gas emissions, less land use and biodiversity and local food systems
