    Before diving into this sugar challenge, I was definitely a sugar addict with a serious sweet tooth.

    My day wasn’t complete without something sugary, whether it was a dessert or just a quick candy fix to keep my energy up.

    Fast forward to now, and I’m amazed at how different I feel. Cutting down on refined sugar has boosted my energy levels and surprisingly made me less reliant on those sweet treats. Who knew, right?

    The hardest part? Definitely resisting the temptation of my usual sugary go-tos, especially when that afternoon slump hit.

    To deal with it, I stocked up on fruits, nuts, and even some dark chocolate to keep things interesting. Keeping myself busy and hydrated also did wonders in keeping those cravings in check.

    It’s been a wild ride, and while I still let myself enjoy some sweet treats here and there, I’m proud of the balance I’ve found.

    This summer, I've been diving into a colorful array of delicious fruits!

    From sweet watermelon to juicy mangoes, crisp pears, zesty mandarins, and creamy bananas -my taste buds have been on a delightful adventure. 🌈✨

    Not only are these fruits refreshing and perfect for the hot days, but they are also packed with essential vitamins and nutrients, giving me all the energy and health benefits to enjoy the season to the fullest.

    Here's to tasty summer treats that keep us feeling our best! 🍉🥭🍐🍊🍐🍌

    This week, I tried a variety of fruits, including pears, watermelons, mandarins, bananas, and mangoes.

    My favorite was watermelon; its sweet, hydrating, and refreshing flavor was incredibly satisfying, especially during hot days.

    Personally, I've felt lighter and more energetic, as my diet now includes a wider range of essential nutrients, fiber, and antioxidants. My digestion has improved, and I’ve noticed a more stable mood and overall better health.

    Exercising each day has had a significant positive impact on both my physical and mental well-being, even though it's not something I naturally enjoy.

    Physically, I've noticed increased energy levels and improved endurance.

    Regular exercise (walking) has also helped me decrease weight and boosted my overall cardiovascular health, making daily tasks feel easier and my body stronger.

    During my meditation sessions, I listen to the Bible.

    The scriptures help center my thoughts and brings a profound sense of peace. Initially, my mind is usually filled with the typical daily clutter—plans, worries, and fleeting memories. As I listen, I start to feel a deeper connection with my faith and my sanity.

    Spending time outside always brings me a sense of joy and tranquility.

    I love observing the vibrant flowers in bloom and the greenery of various plants; likewise the gentle and fresh breeze on my skin instantly makes me feel more alive and connected to the world around me.

    For me, connecting with nature is a way to recharge. Physically, I feel more energized when I go for walks or bike rides in our village, soaking up the sunlight, which helps my body produce essential vitamin D.

    These are simple yet effective ways to stay fit and healthy.

      Sounds like a great step! In my family, we always used plastic bags to put bananas in when buying them in the supermarket.
      Now I realize how unnecessary it is to wrap them. Nature literally wrapped them for us. Same for onions, they have their own zero-waste package.
