    I choose to enter this challenge because I wanted that extra accountability for myself and the positive changes I am continuously striving to improve. Every day is a challenge so adding items to not only better myself, but my community and environment made the decision that much easier.

    Overall, expressing gratitude not only made the other persons day, but I realized that any kindness was appreciated. It delt nice to share and express those acts because it is always nice.

    During a walk I decided to listen to a self help guide on how to better manage stress and anxiety. The walk was the first step to get the stress lowered

      One strategy that stood out to me is mindfulness and deep breathing. Taking a few moments to focus on my breath helps me stay present and calm, especially during stressful situations. It’s a simple but powerful way to manage anxiety and regain a sense of control.

    It was a nice sunny day so I enjoyed a walk out at the local recreational park. While I was there, I saw a lot of families and children who were being active and outdoors. The breeze and smell of the flowers coming back into bloom were very nice and peaceful. It was just beauty all around.
