    Found myself by a lake today, “fishing” for golf balls for my nephews and brother. Somehow turned into wandering around like I was a kid again—just exploring, pockets filling up, not a care in the world. Funny how the simplest things can bring that kind of peace and joy.

    I schedule checkups to stay proactive about my health and prevent issues. Another big motivator is so I can keep playing sports with my nieces and nephews! Afterward, I felt relieved and proud for taking a simple step toward my long-term well-being.

    It’s a small act of conservation to shorten my shower, but I know that consistent small actions make a difference! I’m more mindful to turn off the water while brushing my teeth and washing dishes, too.
