As the weather starts to get warmer it has encouraged me to walk even more. In the evenings I will walk to the store when I need to pick up a few items, rather than driving. I get fresh air, exercise, and my errands done all in one.

I walk thru the woods on my lunch break almost daily. It calms me and helps me deal with the stress of the day. I like it best when its sunny, but being in nature is always wonderful.
