  • REFLECTION QUESTION

Consider how many hours of sleep you get now. How would you like to shift your sleep patterns? What changes did you make to improve your sleep, and how did they affect your day?

I have been getting at least 8 hours of sleep almost every night and often I will get more than 8 hours. I have been trying to shift my schedule to go to sleep earlier and wake up earlier which has been happening but slowly. My main change was to make sure I work on homework earlier and I force myself to stop working on homework at a specific time of night. This then made me more efficient when doing homework because I am more energized in the morning compared to when I am tired at night.
  • REFLECTION QUESTION
    Health and Well-Being
How did exercising each day impact your physical or mental well-being? What activity did you enjoy most, and why?

Exercising everyday has given me more energy than I feel like I had prior. When I go on walks, it is a nice time to destress and is probably my favorite activity. I also have been going to the gym and I enjoy seeing the progress I have made in a relatively short time.

    Wildlife
How did it feel to plant something, and what kind of gardening did you do (indoors, hydroponic, outside in a garden, etc)? What did you plant and where? Feel free to share a photo to the feed!

I planted some sunflowers and I really enjoyed it. I kept them indoors since it is too cold to keep them outside and I kept them under a timed light that is meant for plants. I liked checking them everyday and seeing how much more they had grown.
