Mary Reger 4/30/2025 11:40 PMCollecting rainwater helped me understand how easy it is to save water and use it in a smart way. I think tasks like watering plants, cleaning outdoor areas, or washing the car could really benefit from using rainwater at home. -
REFLECTION QUESTIONLand, Water, and AirWhat was hard about having a Zero Waste Day? What did you learn about yourself and your habits?
Mary Reger 4/30/2025 11:40 PMIt was hard to avoid things like plastic packaging and disposable items on Zero Waste Day. I learned that I use more single-use stuff than I realized, and I need to be more careful about my choices and plan ahead better. -
REFLECTION QUESTIONLand, Water, and AirWhat water justice issues did you learn about, and who is most affected in your community? How can you contribute to creating equitable access to clean water in your area?
Mary Reger 4/30/2025 11:39 PMI learned that some people don’t have clean water because of things like dirty pipes or pollution. In my area, people in low-income neighborhoods are hurt the most. I can help by using less water, talking about the problem, and supporting local clean water efforts.
