    I can contribute by conserving water at home, reporting leaks, and avoiding pollution. Volunteer or donate to local organizations that provide clean water, and raise awareness about water inequality. Advocate for policies that ensure fair distribution and sustainable water management.

    Climate change is making water less predictable—hotter temperatures increase evaporation, while rainfall becomes more irregular, leading to both shortages and occasional flooding.

    It highlights that resilience means adapting early—using water efficiently, investing in sustainable sources, and planning for extremes rather than expecting stable conditions.

    It increases energy, sharpens focus, and stabilizes mood. With enough rest, you think more clearly, stay calmer, and handle stress better. Rest helps the body and brain recover, making you feel more balanced and able to manage challenges effectively. 💤😴

    I learned that much of my water use comes from food and daily habits. Shorter showers and reducing the use of it as much as i can.
