Understand My Water Footprint
Each of us has a water footprint, directly linked to our daily activities as well as the water required in the production of things we use each day. Understanding our water use is important for a healthy planet. I will calculate my water footprint and look for a few ways I can reduce consumption or waste, then share what I learned on the feed.

Advocate For Better Food Packaging
When companies and governments make large-scale changes to their products and practices, it makes sustainability more accessible to the masses, in turn creating further demand for sustainable products, and the cycle continues. I will advocate for improved, sustainable food packaging through petitions, letters, or by supporting brands that prioritize eco-friendly packaging - and share my advocacy actions on the feed.
Sustainable Innovation
Invest in the Future of Sustainability

As we wrap up the earth month ecochallenge 2025, I can't help but feel inspired by the impact we’ve made—one small, intentional step at a time. From cutting down waste and saving energy to embracing well being and sustainable habits, this challenge was more than a checklist—it was a mindset shift. What stood out most? The power of collective action. Every eco-swap, every mindful choice, and every shared tip added up to something bigger.A huge shoutout to everyone who participated, motivated others, and made this journey meaningful. Let’s not stop here—Earth deserves our care every day, not just in April ! -

Every drop counts — and so does every choice we make.
Water footprint measures how much water you use, from what you drink to what you wear and eat.
1 cotton T-shirt = 2,700 liters of water
1 beef burger = 2,500 liters of water
1 cup of coffee = 140 liters of waterUnderstanding your impact is the first step to saving it.
Choose plant-based meals
Take shorter showers
Buy less, reuse more -

One of the best ways to make sustainable living easier is knowing what’s available around you.
Today, I’m sharing a few local resources that help make eco-friendly choices simple:
Till today, I have found three clothes donation drop boxes in Remraam:
- One in front of Carrefour in the parking lots
- One between the basketball courts and the community center in Thammam
- One in front of Ramth 20-

This is my choice today, I got thirsty at the mall and realized I forgot my reusable bottle.
Instead of buying a regular plastic bottle, I chose one made from 100% recycled plastic.
It's not perfect, but it's a small step that still matters. Every decision adds up!

Today I took some time to water the plants, and honestly, it felt so peaceful. Watching the soil soak up the water and the leaves perk up reminded me how small acts of care can bring so much life and beauty. It’s a simple moment, but it filled me with happiness. -
