    I am actively researching models of weather alert radios to keep in the house in the event of more severe storms like we have had recently. I also keep an oil lamp and candles in the house in case of a nighttime power outage.

    I know that I chronically get too little sleep and that impacts my interactions with everyone in my life. Getting more sleep consistently will improve my relationships.
