    What motivated you to schedule or attend your check-up, and how did it make you feel afterward that you completed this action?

    I scheduled all of my annual appointments early this year. I've had skin cancer twice and I see my dermatologist every 6 months to keep myself in check. I feel good that I'm being checked out and all is fine with me. :-)
