Plastic bags do not always end up in landfills and if they aren't properly disposed of. In nature, they can be mistaken for food by many wild animals and harm wildlife. Save Water When Washing Dishes

Dishwashers can save water — if used wisely. I will only run the dishwasher when it’s full and skip the pre-rinse to reduce water and energy use. If I don't have a dishwasher, I will turn off the tap as often as possible while washing dishes.

    I travel round trip to work via the bus and the trolley. I find that it saves time, money and less hassle by using public transportation.

    By keeping a journal of how I'm feeling and what brings it on. Also, try to do different breathing exercises and getting up to walk around for a few minutes.

    It made me feel good. I recycle all paper that I can; have some things to shred and have a box started for all items to donate. It makes me want to keep going. You just into that groove to keep moving!!

    This challenge is easy for me. I've been using reuseable bags for a long time. I keep them in my desk for when I go out at lunch. They are in the car for groceries and whatnot.

    I'll admit, I was bad at running the water while doing dishes. I've been a lot better at turning it off when not needed.

    I go to certain doctors every six months and the rest once a year for the annual checkups. It makes me feel better that I get checked especially after having gone through 2 bouts of skin cancer. I'm just trying to keep myself in check. :-)
