    I hope all is well with you. Changing some of my eating habits, reducing sugar intake, adding more fruits and vegetables daily, seems to be changing my sleep and attitude, in a good way. I am thankful for this challenge in helping remind me what is important.

    I enjoy putting multiple vegetable in with tuna. Had salads every day this week so far. Plan on making a vegetable stir fry for dinner. I had been feeling really sluggish, tired, headaches. Those seem to be getting better.
