Dana Perez 4/17/2025 7:48 AMI hope all is well with you. Changing some of my eating habits, reducing sugar intake, adding more fruits and vegetables daily, seems to be changing my sleep and attitude, in a good way. I am thankful for this challenge in helping remind me what is important. -

Dana Perez 4/17/2025 7:44 AMI enjoy putting multiple vegetable in with tuna. Had salads every day this week so far. Plan on making a vegetable stir fry for dinner. I had been feeling really sluggish, tired, headaches. Those seem to be getting better. -
