Weekly Meal Planning

One third of all food produced worldwide is wasted, and so is the energy it takes to produce and transport that food. I will reduce food waste and save money by planning a weekly menu, only buying the ingredients I need and eating what I planned each day.

I will carry all of my unrecyclable, non-compostable trash with me this month, to raise my awareness of how much I send to the landfill. I will post on the feed my reflections, conversations, and actions I will take moving forward.

Studies have shown that when we spend consistent time in nature, our health improves, our creativity increases, and our connection to the planet gets stronger.     It requires a little bit of time, but my partner is helping me on that! So we can plan out our meals together for the whole week in advance.

    I've looking (and finding!) for the closer place where to leave RAEE (small electrical and electronic waste) from home. I find it useful, saving one additional place where to bring RAEE next time.
