Personal
Enjoy Fruits and Veggies
Eating a wide variety of colorful fruits and vegetables is a simple way to boost our personal health and support a more resilient food system. I will prepare and enjoy 2 servings of fruits and vegetables each day.
Personal
Meditate
Meditation helps build resilience and clarity. I will spend 10 minutes each day to meditate or create a moment of silence each day to reflect on things important to me.
Personal
Prioritize Getting Enough Sleep
Good sleep is essential for a healthy body and mind. I will prioritize getting 300 minutes of quality sleep each night and develop a bedtime routine that supports rest and relaxation.
Community
Discover How Communities Build Resilience
Every community around the world faces challenges—from natural disasters to economic changes—and find ways to adapt and thrive. I will spend 40 minutes exploring stories of community resilience and reflect on what lessons I can bring to my own community.
Action Track
Participate in a Habitat Restoration Project
Healthy habitats support resilient wildlife populations. I will join 2 restoration efforts, such as planting native plants, cleaning a natural area, or repairing trails to protect biodiversity.
Action Track
Host a Cleanup Event with Colleagues
Shared projects at work strengthen teams and build organizational resilience. I will host or join 3 cleanup events with colleagues, classmates, or group members to improve our environment and strengthen collaboration.
Personal
Exercise Daily
Daily movement supports our physical and mental health. I will spend 120 minutes each day exercising in a way that feels good to me, such as walking, running, stretching, or dancing.

This Earth Month EcoChallenge, I’ve made it a habit to walk short distances instead of driving and carry my own coffee mug.
I consciously reduce food waste and avoid unnecessary printing. These small changes fit easily into my daily routine.
When practiced consistently, they truly make doing good feel effortless. -

This Earth Month EcoChallenge, I’ve started doing small things like using a reusable bottle, switching off unused lights and avoiding single‑use plastics.
Even simple actions like proper waste segregation and saving paper make a difference. These small habits are easy to adopt and feel good to practice every day.
Let’s do more good together and turn these actions into lasting green habits.-

Nice job! If all of us choose to make small changes in our everyday lives like you have done, then environmentally we will be better off.
I make my coffee from home and take in a travel mug. I much prefer this than a paper cup.
