Well, I started out very enthusiastically and only signed up for a few items I thought I could manage and then my life went kind of sideways. I did do some reading and exploring re climate change and Vegan recipes and took opportunities where I was to pick up litter (plogging). I just didn't get to the website to sign in regularly.
I do hope to be able to take part in the fall with the next eco challenge! Thanks for the opportunity to increase my knowledge and commitment to change with such a neat Challenge!

My apologies to my team for a very poor participation in the challenge. Time and energy got away on me, although I thought about the challenge most days and wished I was doing more. I love the opportunity to read environmental and other podcasts that are available. thanks for the challenge.

I watched a couple of short videos on water sheds that were prepared for students. Neat to see education done in the community for kids and how well they are (simple , educational, and ideas for making a difference in their own communities). Very hopeful.

Vegan black bean stuffed Sweet potatoes with sour cream and guacamole. This was delicious and satisfying. I love trying new dishes that are nutritious and tasty. Sorry I didn't get a photo.

I'm looking forward to the challenge. I've intentionally chosen only a few actions so that I'm not overwhelmed, but it feels good to have some goals to work toward. I'm trying a vegan meal tonight with stepson TR here for a couple of days.
