    Lemon can be used in virtually any cleaning product, it's pretty cool! my fave cleaning producte i made was scented all-purpose cleaner using:
    • One part white vinegar
    • One part water
    • Lemon rind
    • rosemary sprigs

    one of the documentaries I watched was what the health and the most important thing i learned was that basically all major chronic diseases are influenced by our diets. this just inspires me to eat healthier, sustainable food that helps me and our planet. i aint goin down early due to my diet but i definitely wont be giving up ice cream either lol
