    My alternative transportation is bicycle. For nearby works am using bicycle.Also i tried to come to office by cycle for last two days. If we choose cycle or walking for short distance work, it will be good & its impact will high if we all follow.

    8hrs sleep & this sleep pattern is good to go.I'm planning to sleep early.
