I let her know I see all the work she’s putting in & how much I appreciate her. She expressed gratitude & thanked me for always being a listening ear. Appreciation can go along way! Here in my coffeehouse for instance, it definitely strengthens our relationships & chemistry with one another & ensures we’re all on the same page our goals. -

Even gaining ONE more hour of sleep has really helped me be more prepared & productive for the day. I also have been loving adding my “bedtime” to my routine. (This has also helped my daughter.) I wake up knowing I’m well rested & ready to take on what the day has in store for me! 💪🏻-
Therese Herzog 4/13/2026 5:01 PMI only got 4 hours sleep last night, worked early and extra, exercised early and I can do no more. Hoping my sleep is not interrupted tonight. It makes all the difference.
