Dishwashers can save water — if used wisely. I will only run the dishwasher when it’s full and skip the pre-rinse to reduce water and energy use. If I don't have a dishwasher, I will turn off the tap as often as possible while washing dishes.

    Yoga is my favorite for exercise. Helps both physical and mental well being. But I add in others as well. Can't wait for the sun to start coming out more and getting some outside walks in!

    It is easy to get lost in thought in a nice shower, but meditation can be done else where and water can be saved.

    Working on getting at least 8 hours of sleep a night. Been more towards 7 hours lately, and I can tell the difference in how I feel.
