Health and Well-Being
Go Get a Check Up
Regular health check-ups help prevent problems before they start. I will schedule or attend a medical, dental, or mental health check-up to take care of my well-being.
Community and Connection
Check In with a Friend or Colleague
Staying connected strengthens relationships and boosts well-being. Each day, I will reach out to 2 friends or colleagues to check in, have a meaningful conversation, or offer support.
Wildlife
Learn to be a Responsible Tourist
Being a responsible tourist means not disturbing wildlife and choosing eco-friendly tour operators and destinations that prioritize wildlife conservation and respect animal welfare. I will spend 60 minutes researching ways to travel responsibly to ensure my adventures support, rather than harm, wildlife and their habitats.
Land, Water, and Air
Learn About Water Justice
Access to clean water is a basic right, yet not everyone has it. I will spend 60 minutes learning about water justice issues and who is affected.
Health and Well-Being
Declutter and Donate
Decluttering can reduce stress and benefit others. I will declutter my home and donate items I no longer need to support others in my community.
Health and Well-Being
Exercise Daily
Daily movement supports our physical and mental health. I will spend 20 minutes each day exercising in a way that feels good to me, such as walking, running, stretching, or dancing.
Participant Feed
Reflection, encouragement, and relationship building are all important aspects of getting a new habit to stick.
Share thoughts, encourage others, and reinforce positive new habits on the Feed.

Victoria Martusheff 4/18/2025 1:49 PMMy earth month ecochallenge 2025 is going well. I've completed two of the global academy courses while beginning two more. I've been sure to attend sustainability meetings, follow posts, and voice ideas. I'm educating myself in my free time while taking care of what I do currently have or have control over: how long my showers are, how I'm using my platforms, decluttering/donation, ect. -
Victoria Martusheff 4/14/2025 10:26 AMThis months conservations are going extremely well as I am donating and decluttering lots of items as I will be moving to Seattle for the Summer then either staying or moving out East. So, lots of downsizing, sifting through my items, and repurposing found items.-

REFLECTION QUESTIONHealth and Well-BeingHow did decluttering and donating items make you feel, both emotionally and physically?
Victoria Martusheff 4/07/2025 12:58 PMDecluttering and donating makes me feel happy to know I'm not creating more trash by tossing the items and that someone will find use for an object that no longer suits my needs. It also helps me repurpose items that I find along the way. -
REFLECTION QUESTIONCommunity and ConnectionHow did checking in with someone strengthen your relationship or provide support? How did it feel to reach out and connect?
Victoria Martusheff 4/07/2025 12:58 PMChecking in with my peers allows us to make space to be vulnerable about how we're feeling currently in the space we're in.
