My earth month ecochallenge 2025 is going well. I've completed two of the global academy courses while beginning two more. I've been sure to attend sustainability meetings, follow posts, and voice ideas. I'm educating myself in my free time while taking care of what I do currently have or have control over: how long my showers are, how I'm using my platforms, decluttering/donation, ect.

This months conservations are going extremely well as I am donating and decluttering lots of items as I will be moving to Seattle for the Summer then either staying or moving out East. So, lots of downsizing, sifting through my items, and repurposing found items.
  • REFLECTION QUESTION
    Health and Well-Being
How did decluttering and donating items make you feel, both emotionally and physically?

Decluttering and donating makes me feel happy to know I'm not creating more trash by tossing the items and that someone will find use for an object that no longer suits my needs. It also helps me repurpose items that I find along the way.
  • REFLECTION QUESTION
    Community and Connection
How did checking in with someone strengthen your relationship or provide support? How did it feel to reach out and connect?

Checking in with my peers allows us to make space to be vulnerable about how we're feeling currently in the space we're in.
