    I took a step outside and allowed myself to slow down and take a few deep breaths. After a few minutes I noticed an improved focus within myself. I highly recommend swapping time out of one's day to check in with yourself. Imagine how much focus and awareness you can bring into your own life if you checked in on yourself as much as we tend to check our social media!

      Taking a minute for yourself to meditate instead of scrolling is a fantastic way to recharge. That minute of peace is worth so much and sometimes exactly what's needed!
