    It can be difficult to keep to an exercise routine while traveling- either the hotel lacks amenities, or time spent in the car/plane makes sleep a priority instead. Aside from yoga or bodyweight exercises in one's room, does anyone have suggestions for staying on track on the road?

      I do the same as Amy, I'll ask hotel staff or local coworkers if there's a nice path nearby that I can get a run or walk in.

      I always ask about the area and if it is safe to walk the area. A lot of time before going to the office or after dinner I will walk for 30 minutes to clear my head and also see the area.

    The challenge lists up to 35 hours/night, and then asks for amount of sleep in minutes, but rejects anything over 300 minutes, so it seems there's a disconnect somewhere. Regardless, I have pledged to get at least 7 hours of quality sleep/night, and have managed 8 going into the first day of the challenge! Only real rule is screens off 30 min beforehand.

      I love the screen rule Katherine! I've found that using the same rule I've been getting some more reading in.
