    I enjoyed watching their confidence grow as they tackled challenges and achieved goals. Mentoring helped them unlock their potential and take pride in their abilities.     Before the challenge, I realized my dependency on sugar in everyday habits. Now, I feel healthier and more energetic. The toughest part was resisting cravings, especially during social events, but I overcame it by opting for natural sweeteners and staying committed to my goal.
