Was able to spend a couple hours outside today at a sunrise Easter service this morning. Was great to spend it outside instead of in the church building!

Health & Equity Spend Time Outside
What are the implications for a culture that spends most of its time inside and on screens?

One thing that I noticed when walking around my neighborhood today was how few people were outside. I think a major reason for that is how addicting screens can be, creating a consistent, comfortable environment at your fingertips whenever you want it. This has made it hard for my wife and I to meet our neighbors because 1) we are not outside enough, and 2) neither are our neighbors!
