    It was hard at the beginning because of my cravings for sweet foods, especially after meals, but I gradually overcame them by having a black coffee with stevia or monk fruit extract. Wherein I have to adjust to the aftertaste. Substituting sweeteners has really helped me to remove refined sugar from my table. Now, I find myself reaching for healthier snacks like fruits or nuts when I feel the urge for something sweet. This change not only supports my health goals but also makes me feel more energized throughout the day.

    It improves my mind and body being able to concetrate what I'm doing when I'm attending on-line trainings or reviewing the plans and procedures submitted to me for comments; and physically active and strong.
