I have bought multiple cookbooks to start a vegetarian diet. However, my mind tells me eew mushrooms. lol I need to find a way to get past that. Also, chicken is difficult to give up. :/ This is something I definitely need to spend more time with in regard to what will work well for me. Luckily, my daughter is also an aspiring vegetarian and loves to cook.

For morning coffee, we chose new glass stir sticks to replace the disposable sticks. We had a good time chatting and realizing how such a little change can make a huge difference.
