    I prepared by getting extra food just incase anything could happen. this keeps me at peace because I feel prepared.

    Exercising makes me feel great after makes my day feel accomplished. Activities I did were weightlifting.

    When I don’t get enough sleep it ruins my whole day this extra hour really benifits me and makes my day 10 times better
