Savannah Long 4/27/2025 11:26 AMI heard lots of ideas from young people about their lives, the world, and the environment. I agreed with a lot of what I heard, but was definitely surprised by how much they knew about some of these issues. -

Savannah Long 4/27/2025 11:15 AMIn my community, the people most affected by environmental degradation and irresponsibility are homeless people. They often don't have the resources to avoid it and their health and life may be affected. Helping reduce waste, donating to homeless shelters, and supporting homeless in general will help them. -

Savannah Long 4/27/2025 11:12 AMTo prepare for extreme weather events, we practiced what we would do in case of a natural disaster. One helpful tip is to have an easily accessible box pre-packed with everything you need during an emergency. -
