Juanita Lerma 4/30/2025 11:07 AMIt's a stress reducer & I consider it self-care. I work hard for others so it's even more important that I work just as hard & even harder for myself. I'm enjoying strength training with weights because it's challenging & I can feel my muscles becoming tighter/harder. -
