    I don't think I realized how much I idle my car. I am grateful for this structure of challenge because it gives me an opportunity to reflect on my habits in realistic ways. I look forward to reflecting on other things that I do and see how I might alter them to be more environmentally conscious.

    Sometimes, it can feel like a big time commitment to reach out to certain friends or family you haven't talked to in a while. Most times, like this time, when I reached out to these people it felt good to connect. It was nice to know that the people I reached out to felt acknowledged and cared for even in a small way. I hope that by continuing to reach out it feels easier than it has in the past to reach out to certain people and hopefully it will feel supportive for everyone involved.
