    The big takeaway for me has been that thoughts during meditation are normal, you simply let the thoughts pass while remaining calm. You don't run after them, allowing them to be a disruption. That has definitely translated to more stressful times in life, remain calm in any situation & allow the stress to pass.

      Meditation has been really good for my HRV as well. I take 5min before bed and after I wake up to just calm my body down. It has been so nice.

    I chose a full body stretching/flexibility routine. Having the eco challenge as accountability helped me stick to a daily routine, which 3 weeks in I've noticed a difference at the end of those 8 hours shifts on the floor! The routine involves a focus on breathing, which helped in stressful moments, using the breath to remain focused on the task at hand & recenter myself.

    Partners, in 2017 Starbucks embarked on a mission of global proportions, donate 100 million coffee trees 🌴 to farms around the world. The goal, to help farmers grow coffee trees more resilient to climate change & less vulnerable to disease like coffee leaf rust 🍃 The work done at Starbucks Hacienda Alsacia in Costa Rica, along with 9 additional farmer support centers around the world, will have an impact on protecting the future of high quality arabica beans for all ☕️
    Sustainability is at the heart of the work our partners do at Hacienda Alsacia. Lets take a moment to reflect on how we contribute to that work:
    1. Use reusable cups for partner beverages

    2. 5 key moment, ask "for here or to go"

    3. Use CSR cards daily for routine maintenance

    4. Craft beverages to honor the work hundreds do for us at the "last 10 feet"
