    So, my mental health has been completely in the trash. If the weather had been more agreeable, then I may have spent more time outside… which would have probably been a little bit helpful to my mental health.

    I definitely spend a total of a half hour outside taking dogs for walks. It would be a little nicer if I had a wooded area to walk them. Also, I cannot walk them together because Buddy doesn’t care for other dogs.

    Sleep was not good last night either. The Baja Blast Mountain Dew at 3pm probably didn’t help anything.

    I did not get good sleep last night. I don’t even know when I fell asleep. I was dreaming a lot. It has left me in a worse mental state.
