REFLECTION QUESTIONLand, Water, and AirWhat surprised you most about your water footprint, and how did it influence your perspective on water use? What changes can you make to reduce your water consumption, and how will these impact your daily routine?
Julie LaMarr 4/30/2025 11:49 AMI enjoyed doing this activity because there are a lot of activities that I don't directly tie into usage of water, e.g. meat eating, driving a car, etc. So cool to find out how we can further reduce our water footprint, even though we have a pretty low household average overall! -

Alaina Drouin 4/10/2025 12:23 PMPollinators like bees and mosquitoes do in fact provide us with the majority of produce we eat daily. I can ensure their safety by supporting my local beekeepers. lf I ever have an infestation; I will call the beekeepers to move them instead of an extermination company. Fun fact, ~70% of the bees in America died in the last 8 months. If this continues for the next few years, it will fundamentally change how people in the U.S. consume food.

Just starting out, it can be easy to have your mind wander during meditation, but I've found the more often you practice, the longer it will take for your mind to wander. Such a helpful, and somewhat simple practice. I've noticed it helps me throughout the day!
