Pollinators like bees and mosquitoes do in fact provide us with the majority of produce we eat daily. I can ensure their safety by supporting my local beekeepers. lf I ever have an infestation; I will call the beekeepers to move them instead of an extermination company. Fun fact, ~70% of the bees in America died in the last 8 months. If this continues for the next few years, it will fundamentally change how people in the U.S. consume food.
