Dishwashers can save water — if used wisely. I will only run the dishwasher when it’s full and skip the pre-rinse to reduce water and energy use. If I don't have a dishwasher, I will turn off the tap as often as possible while washing dishes.

    WOW! I had no idea how much water is used not just by leaving the faucet on but by making choices in food and services used! I'll certainly continue to use this information to help reduce waste in the future.

      And there are so many wild / native bees. North America was introduced to the honeybee, but they are not the work-horses!

    While it's been good to monitor how many fruits and vegetables I've been eating, I'm relieved to know that I naturally work quite a few into my diet naturally! Will continue to keep this up after this month is over!

    It's amazing how much more energy I have had when I'm outside for at least 30 minutes!

    It's amazing to see how much less fuel I'm using while doing this - it makes sense that so many cars are making this a regular feature!

    I love how the idea of hand washing will usually use MORE water than a dishwasher is continuing to become more well-known - happy to do my part on this!
