    It was truly inspiring to conduct the audit together. I noticed the young person was very engaged and showed a strong awareness of sustainable choices, especially when it came to selecting bio-based products and prioritizing vegetarian options. It made me realize how deeply the younger generation is committed to making conscious, everyday decisions that support a more sustainable future.

    To prepare for the sunny season, I reviewed all my sun care products and made sure to carry a small sunscreen in my bag. This way, I can always apply it when needed or share it with others while outdoors.

    My main takeaway for this challenge is that consistency is key. While it may feel difficult and unrewarding at first, staying committed to a practice makes it easier over time—and eventually, the results become clear and meaningful.

    Lately, I’ve been feeling low on energy, even when I get enough sleep and I’ve been sick a few times over the past few months. That made me realize it might be a good idea to look into what’s going on. After the check-up, I received some helpful recommendations, and I’m now working on them. No one else is going to take care of me, so I’m genuinely grateful to myself for taking this step and prioritizing my health.

    It is quite challenging to find time to meditate in the morning, however even 10 minutes can help to start the day in a right way, set the intentions and feel that you are in control

    Being outside during Spring Months has been super relaxing, especially with the nicer sunny weather. It really helped me clear my head and feel more grounded. Nature just has a way of boosting my mood and energy.

    This week, I ate mostly bananas and oranges. I noticed that other sweet things started tasting too sweet and I’ve been craving less sugar overall. I also really enjoy the simple routine of peeling an orange. it’s a small moment I look forward to each day, feels like meditation.

    Exercising each day really helped me feel more balanced, both physically and mentally. I especially enjoyed stretching and yoga because they helped release tension in my body and gave me a sense of calm and clarity. It also helps me to get a better quality of sleep.

    I've realized it's not just the number of hours I sleep, but the quality that really makes a difference. I’ve been experimenting with a few changes like going to bed around 10 PM, taking a walk before sleep, and avoiding my phone in the evening. I'm still figuring out what works best for me, but these small shifts are helping me move in the right direction.
