I noticed the young person was very engaged and showed a strong awareness of sustainable choices, especially when it came to selecting bio-based products and prioritizing vegetarian options. It made me realize how deeply the younger generation is committed to making conscious, everyday decisions that support a more sustainable future. -

Maria Komissarova 4/22/2025 12:42 AMLately, I’ve been feeling low on energy, even when I get enough sleep and I’ve been sick a few times over the past few months. That made me realize it might be a good idea to look into what’s going on. After the check-up, I received some helpful recommendations, and I’m now working on them. No one else is going to take care of me, so I’m genuinely grateful to myself for taking this step and prioritizing my health. -

I also really enjoy the simple routine of peeling an orange. it’s a small moment I look forward to each day, feels like meditation. -

I’ve been experimenting with a few changes like going to bed around 10 PM, taking a walk before sleep, and avoiding my phone in the evening. I'm still figuring out what works best for me, but these small shifts are helping me move in the right direction.
