Maria Komissarova 4/18/2025 5:58 AMBeing outside during Spring Months has been super relaxing, especially with the nicer sunny weather. It really helped me clear my head and feel more grounded. Nature just has a way of boosting my mood and energy. -

Maria Komissarova 4/17/2025 1:18 AMThis week, I ate mostly bananas and oranges. I noticed that other sweet things started tasting too sweet and I’ve been craving less sugar overall. I also really enjoy the simple routine of peeling an orange. it’s a small moment I look forward to each day, feels like meditation. -

I especially enjoyed stretching and yoga because they helped release tension in my body and gave me a sense of calm and clarity. It also helps me to get a better quality of sleep.-

I’ve been experimenting with a few changes like going to bed around 10 PM, taking a walk before sleep, and avoiding my phone in the evening. I'm still figuring out what works best for me, but these small shifts are helping me move in the right direction. -
Maria Komissarova 4/10/2025 2:11 AMUnpacking after a recent move got me thinking about all the cardboard boxes and packing materials piling up. Instead of sending them straight to recycling, I reached out to friends and it turns out someone else is moving soon. I passed the materials on to them, giving everything a second life before it is in the bin. I think it is important to think before we "toss". Recycling is great, but reusing could be even better.-

Maria Komissarova 4/07/2025 6:36 AMOne of my goals for this challenge is focusing on health and well-being. Lately, I've been trying to prioritize my sleep and make more time for it, but wow, it's not as easy as it sounds! I only managed to get more sleep on the third day of this little experiment. But it's definitely getting better. I'm waking up easier, and I actually have more energy to get through my workday and be there for the people around me. Slowly but surely, I’m starting to feel the benefits!
