Write in a Resilience Journal
Reflection helps us adapt and grow. I will spend 10 minutes writing in a journal about challenges I face, the strengths I use, and what helps me thrive.
Soil and Food
Grow Something to Eat
Growing food builds resilience by connecting us to the soil and reducing reliance on long supply chains. I will grow edible plants—such as herbs, vegetables, or grains—in my home, balcony, or community space, strengthening both my food security and local biodiversity.
Personal
Exercise Daily
Daily movement supports our physical and mental health. I will spend 1 minutes each day exercising in a way that feels good to me, such as walking, running, stretching, or dancing.
Work and Organizations
Celebrate Successes Together
Celebrating achievements helps teams endure challenges. I will help organize ways to celebrate group or individual successes in my organization to build morale and resilience.

Alianna Knapp 4/10/2026 2:38 PMExercising everyday helped me improve some time management skills with how busy my schedule has become and made me also get some outside time in nature realizing I can do pilates in many places when planned accordingly. -
REFLECTION QUESTIONWork and OrganizationsWhat success did you celebrate, and how did it impact your team’s morale? How can celebrating together help prepare us for future challenges?
Alianna Knapp 4/08/2026 2:19 PMThe success that I celebrated was that my mother got one of her dream business on an island and we move in 2 weeks after many trials and tribulations we finally succeeded! REFLECTION QUESTIONPersonalHow did reflecting on your experiences, strengths, or challenges shape the way you think about your ability to adapt and grow?
Alianna Knapp 4/02/2026 2:56 PMIt went well I really focused on how im going to build a strong foundation of strength not just physically but mentally with the many changed my life has brought to me recently. It changed my perspective writing this all down because I think I am fully capable of this change it just can be hard not having a stable plan but I've learned recently I think sometimes the best things in this life doesn't have to be planned.
