Health and Well-Being
Meditate
Meditation helps build resilience and clarity. I will spend 15 minutes each day to meditate or create a moment of silence each day to reflect on things important to me.
Health and Well-Being
Prioritize Getting Enough Sleep
Good sleep is essential for a healthy body and mind. I will prioritize getting 60 minutes of quality sleep each night and develop a bedtime routine that supports rest and relaxation.
Health and Well-Being
Enjoy the Outdoors for 30 Minutes
Studies have shown that when we spend consistent time in nature, our health improves, our creativity increases, and our connection to the planet gets stronger. Each day of the Ecochallenge, I will spend 30 minutes outside, then share my observations, reflections, and learnings on the feed.
Land, Water, and Air
Join a Cleanup Effort
Working together to clean up public spaces helps the environment and builds community. I will participate in 2 community cleanup efforts in my neighborhood or local area.

REFLECTION QUESTIONHealth and Well-BeingConsider how many hours of sleep you get now. How would you like to shift your sleep patterns? What changes did you make to improve your sleep, and how did they affect your day?
Katie Kloos 4/03/2025 12:38 PMI did this last night but am recording it today. It's not uncommon to have to attend both early and late calls, recently as late as 11pm. It poses an extra challenge, so I try to be really aware of my schedule and make sure to have good habits to get sufficient sleep. Drinking more water and avoiding social media helps. -
REFLECTION QUESTIONHealth and Well-BeingWhat did you notice about your thoughts or emotions during or after meditation? Did you find it easy or challenging to meditate?

- 5-DAY STREAK
I actually did this after donating blood at work today. It was a bit challenging since I was feeling a bit dizzy, but I am sure meditating helped calm my mind. -

- 5-DAY STREAK
I have always recycled and combated pollution. I'm dating myself but look up Woodsy Owl and think of me in grade school cleaning up litter around local tennis courts before playing. This year I intend to put extra focus into April's Eco Challenge, being more purposeful to learn & build even better habits.
