Save Water When Washing Dishes

Dishwashers can save water — if used wisely. I will only run the dishwasher when it’s full and skip the pre-rinse to reduce water and energy use. If I don't have a dishwasher, I will turn off the tap as often as possible while washing dishes.

    I used to be way more conscious of my water usage, and this challenge helped me see that I have let it slide a bit. I'm stoked to get back on track!

    I have a daily goal of consuming 20 plants. It's not hard when I start every day with a smoothie and then use spices like crazy on everything else!

      I've been meditating for over two years, and I find myself that if I don't meditate, I'm a little cranky on calls. It keeps me calm during the day. Keep pushing to do it!!!

    It's about time I start tracking my days, haha! I took a 20-minute dance break already today, and I am off to climb Silly Mountain, which is more like a big hill. :)
