Save Water When Washing Dishes
Dishwashers can save water — if used wisely. I will only run the dishwasher when it’s full and skip the pre-rinse to reduce water and energy use. If I don't have a dishwasher, I will turn off the tap as often as possible while washing dishes.

Daily movement supports our physical and mental health. I will spend 30 minutes each day exercising in a way that feels good to me, such as walking, running, stretching, or dancing.

Katy King 4/24/2025 1:22 PMI spent part of the day learning about Lactuca Serriola. Common names are wild lettuce, prickly lettuce, and opium lettuce. It grows like crazy here outside of Phoenix. I have a few in my backyard that got really tall and I decided to harvest them to make a tincture. I listened to some herbalism podcasts that I follow and learned a bunch of different uses for it. It is a pain reliever and a mild sedative with an affinity for the nervous system. My tincture is macerating, and I'll have backyard medicine ready in about a month! -

I've been meditating for over two years, and I find myself that if I don't meditate, I'm a little cranky on calls. It keeps me calm during the day. Keep pushing to do it!!!
